HOME INSPECTIONS:
Quality home inspections are performed by our certified general contractor for the benefit of potential home buyers. We will fully inspect the property for structural issues and give you a full written report (with photographs) on all aspects of the home, including noting any minor or major defects and potential problems. Items not included in the standard home inspection are: water quality, mold (however, if clearly visible we will certainly note it), radon, termites or septic systems.
Every home and situation is different, but our typical rates are as follows:
< 2,000 s.f. = $275
2,000 - 3,000 s.f. = $325
3,000 - 4,000 s.f. = $395
4,000+ s.f. = cost provided
